This Cookie Policy explains how FluenceOS uses cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies across the current FluenceOS marketing site, Pipeline OS landing page, and web application.

4. Analytics consent on the static site
On the current static FluenceOS marketing pages, Google Analytics 4 is not loaded until a visitor chooses Accept in the cookie notice. If the visitor chooses Decline, the preference is stored and GA4 is not loaded by that consent script.
5. Analytics data
FluenceOS uses analytics to understand how people move from the marketing site into the application and whether they complete useful product actions. Analytics is intentionally limited and should not contain prospect or customer content such as contact names, opportunity names, notes, email bodies, or other business-content fields.
6. Essential technologies
Some browser technologies are necessary for authenticated sessions, security, and core application functionality. Because these technologies are required to provide the service, they may not be subject to the same consent controls as optional analytics.
7. Third-party services
Third-party providers used to operate or secure FluenceOS may set or use their own cookies or browser technologies according to their policies. These providers may include services used for authentication, hosting, security, and analytics.
8. Managing your preferences
You can accept or decline optional analytics and advertising technologies when the FluenceOS cookie notice is shown. You can also clear site data or local storage through your browser settings to reset stored preferences. Browser settings may also allow you to block or delete cookies generally, although blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the application from working correctly.
9. Meta Pixel and advertising audiences
FluenceOS uses the Meta Pixel on selected public marketing pages after a visitor provides consent. The Meta Pixel is provided by Meta Platforms and can transmit information about visits and interactions with those pages, along with browser, device, and similar technical information.
FluenceOS uses this information to help build audiences for future advertising, understand whether people who encounter FluenceOS advertising later visit the website, and help Meta improve the delivery of FluenceOS advertising to people who may be interested in the service.
FluenceOS does not use the Meta Pixel to intentionally transmit the contents of a user's Pipeline OS records, including contact names, opportunity names, notes, email bodies, or other customer business content.
Information received by Meta through the Meta Pixel may also be processed by Meta in accordance with Meta's own privacy and data policies.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when FluenceOS adds, removes, or changes technologies that use cookies or browser storage. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
