1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of FluenceOS, including fluenceos.io, app.fluenceos.io, Pipeline OS, educational resources, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
FluenceOS is a modular business operating system intended to help solo service businesses organize business information, maintain pipeline context, manage next actions, and support related workflows. Features may change as the service develops.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and securing access to your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account except where caused by FluenceOS.
4. Your business data
You retain responsibility for the information you enter into FluenceOS, including contact, opportunity, client, pricing, note, and communication-related information. You represent that you have the right to store and use that information through the service.
You should not upload information that you are not legally permitted to possess, use, or process.
5. Google and connected services
If you connect a third-party service such as Google, your use of that service remains subject to the third party's terms and privacy policies. FluenceOS may provide workflow assistance, but you remain responsible for reviewing and authorizing actions before they are sent or completed where the product requires your approval.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use FluenceOS to:
- Violate applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.
- Send unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized communications.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the security or operation of the service except where legally permitted.
- Use the service to distribute malware or conduct harmful automated activity.
7. Beta and evolving features
Some FluenceOS features may be offered in beta, preview, experimental, or early-access form. These features may change, be interrupted, contain defects, or be removed as the product develops. Feedback is welcome and may be used to improve the service.
8. Pricing and paid features
Pipeline OS is currently offered free. FluenceOS may introduce optional paid features or modules in the future. Any paid feature will be subject to the pricing and purchase terms presented at the time of purchase.
9. Intellectual property
FluenceOS and its software, branding, site design, documentation, educational materials, and related intellectual property are owned by FluenceOS or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of FluenceOS intellectual property to you.
10. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue portions of the service. We aim to maintain a useful and reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluenceOS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FluenceOS does not guarantee specific revenue, client acquisition, business results, or outcomes from use of the service.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluenceOS and its owners, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or loss of data, arising from or related to use of the service.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold FluenceOS harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another party's rights.
14. Termination
You may stop using FluenceOS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse, or enforce these terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as FluenceOS changes. The date at the top of this page will indicate the latest revision.
