1. Overview
FluenceOS provides software, educational content, and related services for freelancers, consultants, virtual assistants, creators, and other solo service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you use fluenceos.io, app.fluenceos.io, Pipeline OS, and related FluenceOS services.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you create or use a FluenceOS account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, company or business information, authentication details, and account preferences.
Business information you enter
Pipeline OS allows you to enter business information such as contacts, opportunities, pipeline stages, values, notes, latest updates, activity history, next actions, due dates, pricing information, and other context you choose to store.
Technical and usage information
We may collect technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, approximate location derived from network information, pages viewed, referral information, and selected product-use events used to understand whether the service is functioning and useful.
With consent on public marketing pages, advertising technologies may also receive information about page visits and related browser or device information for audience measurement and ad delivery.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve FluenceOS and Pipeline OS.
- Authenticate users and maintain account sessions.
- Display the contacts, opportunities, history, next actions, and other business information you store.
- Provide recommendations and workflow context based on information in your account.
- Measure product activation, reliability, and useful product behavior.
- Build audiences for future advertising and improve advertising delivery after consent is provided.
- Respond to support, privacy, account, and business inquiries.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and other security threats.
4. Google and Gmail access
FluenceOS may allow you to connect a Google account so Gmail can send a message that you explicitly review and choose to send. The current Gmail integration uses the gmail.send permission for sending only.
FluenceOS does not use the current Gmail integration to read, modify, delete, or manage your mailbox. A connected Google account remains subject to Google's own privacy terms and controls.
5. Analytics and advertising technologies
FluenceOS uses Google Analytics 4 for limited website and product measurement. Analytics is intended to help us understand acquisition, activation, navigation, and selected successful product actions.
On selected public marketing pages, FluenceOS may also use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms after a visitor provides consent. The Meta Pixel may receive information about page visits, browser or device information, and similar technical data so FluenceOS can build audiences for future advertising, understand advertising-related site visits, and help Meta improve ad delivery.
FluenceOS does not intentionally send contact names, opportunity names, email bodies, notes, customer content, or similar prospect/customer content to Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel. Authenticated analytics may use an internal user identifier rather than an email address or name.
6. Cookies and local storage
FluenceOS uses cookies, pixels, and browser storage for functions such as authentication, security, preferences, consent, analytics, and audience measurement. On the current static marketing site, Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel are loaded only after optional analytics and advertising consent is accepted. 7. Service providers
We use service providers to host, secure, authenticate, deliver, and measure FluenceOS. Current infrastructure may include providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Google, Cloudflare, Meta Platforms, and other vendors necessary to operate, measure, secure, or promote the service. These providers process information according to their own agreements and privacy terms and only as needed to provide their services.
8. Data security
FluenceOS uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect user information, including authenticated access controls, row-level database security, HTTPS, password protections, and anti-abuse controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Retention periods may vary by data type and service.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. You may also disconnect third-party accounts through available account or provider controls.

11. Children's privacy
FluenceOS is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as FluenceOS changes. The date at the top of this page will indicate when the policy was last revised.
